Yeah-ish. I would still value collars more though. If the person WANTS to trade the collar down into lesser parts, then that is good. But if they DO NOT want to "trade down" (when they trade something big for many small things) then they'd best be keeping the collar, or trade it for other collars. Or maybe offer it for a long spiked collar (and add some stuff of course), that'd be trading up - where you get a bunch of smaller things and trade them for one bigger thing.
